1. Who We Are

Mr Cheap Flights ("we", "us") operates mrcheapflights.ie and mrcheapflights.co.uk — a flight-deal discovery service that surfaces cheap fares departing Irish and UK airports. By using the site or subscribing to our emails you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What We Do (and Don't Do)

• We find and publish flight deals — prices found by our automated systems and editors at a moment in time.
• We are not a travel agency, airline, or ticket seller. You always book directly with the airline or a third-party booking site, under their terms.
• We never handle your payment for flights. Any booking contract is between you and the airline/booking site.

3. Deal Accuracy

Flight prices change constantly, and cheap fares sell out fast — sometimes within minutes. We verify deals where we can (including automated checks against live fare data), and we timestamp what we found, but we cannot guarantee any fare is still available or at the listed price when you click through. "Mistake fares" in particular may be cancelled by the airline even after you book; that risk is inherent to error fares and sits between you and the airline. Always confirm the final price on the airline or booking site before paying.

4. Affiliate Links

Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure). If you book via one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences which deals we feature.

5. Free & Premium Memberships

• Free membership requires only an email address and can be cancelled (unsubscribed) at any time via the link in any email.
• Premium membership is a paid subscription billed via Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you subscribed within the last 14 days and haven't meaningfully used premium features, you may request a refund under EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights by contacting us.
• We may change premium pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

• Don't scrape, spam, overload, or attempt to break the service.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or republish our deal alerts or content commercially without permission.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse of these rules.

7. Our Content

The site's branding, design, text, and imagery are ours (or licensed to us). Personal, non-commercial sharing of deals — tagging a mate, sharing a link — is exactly what we want you to do. Commercial reuse isn't.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from booking decisions, fare changes, cancelled fares (including mistake fares), airline schedule changes, or the acts of third-party booking sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud). Our total liability to premium subscribers is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country's law.

10. Changes

We'll update these terms as the service evolves and note the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
